I get this question all the time. I understand life is busy, schedules are crazy, and a lot of us feel like we can never hit the recommended amounts of weekly activity (myself included).

We can start by doing 2 minutes of something every day. Set a timer. Do some squats or jumping jacks. Go up and down your stairs. Walk to your mailbox. Do bicep curls with soup cans or milk cartons. It can be something easy!
